As we continue to monitor official news and recommendations regarding COVID-19, we have decided that additional measures are required to ensure we keep you, our team, and our patients safe. It is our hope, that by taking these measures, we will be able to continue providing medical care for your pets. In an effort to provide adequate social distancing to help limit the spread of this disease, we will no longer allow clients to enter the building.
Effective Thursday, March 19, we will implement curbside service for all appointments, additional services, and medication/product pickups until further notice.
For Appointments, Surgeries, Grooming, And Boarding
For Appointments, Surgeries, Grooming, and Boarding, please park in our parking lot and call us when you arrive (919-462-1212). A team member will come out to the passenger side of your car to complete admissions paperwork. Please keep your pets secure in their carriers, or on a leash, as we approach the vehicle in order to ensure their safety. For appointments, please plan on remaining in your car in the parking lot until your pet’s appointment has been completed, at which time you will then be contacted by phone. For all others, you will be contacted by phone when your pet is ready to be discharged. Payment by credit card or Care Credit will be taken over the phone.
For DayCamp
For DayCamp drop offs, please do not park. Enter the parking lot, pull around to the back door of our facility, as pictured below. We will have a team member stationed at this door for drop offs from 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. Keep your dog secure on a leash to ensure their safety. After you have dropped off your dog, continue straight and turn right at the stop sign to exit. If you arrive after 8:30 a.m., please call the office (919-462-1212) and we will send someone out to get your dog. When you return to pick up your dog from DayCamp, please pull around to the back door and call the office. Payment by credit card or Care Credit will be taken over the phone. Use the same path to enter and exit the parking lot.
We will contact clients who have previously scheduled appointments through Saturday, March 21st to review this process. Thank you all for your understanding and patience during this difficult time. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
